Payments must be made by Paypal invoice.

Payment 100% upfront is preferred if the client is able, but the client may also pay in 2 phases (50% down payment right before the beginning of the project and 50% before file delivery)

for large projects (900+ USD) payment plans can be negotiated.

Payment is only necessary when I'm ready to work on your order. I will not ask for payment before I'm ready.

I require down payment before I start working.

Payment is due on receipt after I send you the invoice. Failure to make a payment within 24 hours will cause me to cancel your order. If you’re unable to make payment at that time, please contact me before I send the invoice.

I reserve the right to publish/share the process on my socials unless NDA (non disclosure agreement) has been established.

Price of NDA varies on how long it is. Please let me know how long you want the NDA to last of want it.

If you commission a model from me and for whatever reason do not want to use it anymore, please communicate with me before you sell the model to someone else! Do not re-sell the model at a higher price than what you paid for.

I do not give you the project files (CMO3) unless it is discussed before hand.

I have the right to profit from the rig, I can use the process of rigging as a monetized learning resource others can watch.

Model files will not be shared to anyone besides the client without the client’s consent.

I have the right to promote my services using that model.

if discussions last more than a total of 10 hours before initiating the commission, a percentage of the agreed price of the commission has to be paid. (This can range from 5% to 15% depending on the price of the commission) this is non-refundable unless cancellation is agreed upon from both parties.

Estimated time of delivery ranges between 3-20 weeks but could be more for complex models with multiple outfits, animations and toggles.

Please tell me if you have a certain deadline. If the deadline is short a rush fee may be incurred.

You must send me the PSD file before I agree to rig, this is to note adjustments that should be made or calculating extra expenses.

I reserve the right to and may reject your application if it does not comply with the terms of service, or if I feel my style and specs will not suit the project.

You will need to further tweak the model numbers in VTS after I set it up.

I will assist you when you set up the model until the model is working properly. This is to ensure that the model is used in its maximum performance.

The prices for these model commissions are commercial prices, so you are free to use your finished model for monetized purposes. BUT YOU MUST CREDIT ME/LINK MY CARRD AND/OR INCLUDE MY TWITTER AS THE RIGGER IN YOUR TWITTER BIO AND TWITCH/YOUTUBE ABOUT SECTION.

Intricate or complicated designs and additional parts that are not outlined in the summary of parts will cost extra.

You are allowed 2 revision phases per model object (head angles, body angles, accessories etc) this does not include mistakes made by me.Please state all your desired changes at once. Additional revision phases outside of this will incur extra charges. I will communicate to you exactly with every update.

Minor revisions are not considered as a revision phase.

There is a 1 month period after file delivery for revisions. If you find any issues after you confirmed model completion you can only request them in this 1 month period.

Anything requested that is not included in the summary of parts stated will cost extra, depending on the intricacy.

Additional outfits and hairstyles will cost extra.

You must provide visual references of your character.

EXPRESSIONS MUST BE SEPARATED BEFOREHAND expressions that are not separated will incur an extra fee.

You may request a commission from me by sending me a DM on discord to coralial2d or emailing [email protected].

English isn't my first language so please refrain from using "trendy" or slang English words.

Fill the form with as many details as possible.

If you are accepted I will contact you to further discuss this with you and after that I will tell you if you got the slot.

If you get the slot you will be invited to a private Trello board which has all my finished work in progress and waitlist. You are not allowed under any circumstances to share the information in or invite other people as it is highly confidential.

In the Trello board you can track your commission status and exactly what is finished. work in progress images/videos will be posted in your card for you to view.

There are no refunds allowed, if I'm not able to continue the project then a refund can be discussed.

If you cancel I will NOT GIVE YOU ANY REFUNDS NOR ANY FILE so make sure you want my services. If cancellation has been agreed upon, a small refund can be issued depending on how much I worked on (unless the project is close to finishing).

if a refund or cancellation has been agreed upon, you are not allowed to use any of my products, work in progress videos/photos under any circumstances. you are not allowed to use it even for references for another artist/rigger.

false and forced chargeback or dispute with PayPal will result in a Permanent ban from my services and my partners, if it doesn’t get resolved privately i’ll have to take things to the public.
